開啟FME再開啟SCFH.exe,就會出現此視窗,選FME按確定
(不要選Force Windows Aero Enabled,會令CPU使用上升影響直播)
First,you should open FME,then open SCFH.exe and choose FME.
(Don't select Force Windows Aero Enabled,it causes high cup usage and affects the broadcast.)

利用Area Selection 選擇直播區域,Thread Num:2 (daul core),4(quard core)
Select broadcast area by pressing Area Selection,Thread Num:2 (daul core),4(quard core).

Windows 7及Windows vista設定方法
首先下載聲音驅動,Link: Audiodriver

工作列喇叭圖示右鍵，選擇錄音裝置(Playback device)，之後Recording右鍵,選顯示已禁用裝置(Show disabled devices)，就會出現立體聲混合的選項並啟用,如圖

系統聲音不要SET到最大,以免破音

Windows Xp 設定方法由於本人使用WINDOWS 7,使用XP的請參考:

FME Setting

1.設定FME影像
Video option

Device選SCFH DSF，右邊的按鈕進去，設定你要的解析度和畫面張數
First,choose SCFH DSF and modify your device setting.

畫面儘量是16：9解析度,例如 640x360,800x450或1280x720
解析度越高畫面越細緻，相對也更耗硬體資源
畫面張數(Framerate)設定為30張
(解析度應大於inputsize 和 output size,確保全屏)
The ratio of the screen should be 16:9.For example 640x360,800x450 or 1280x720
Higher resolution means Higher computer requirement.THe Framerate is 30.
(The resolution should be larger than input and output size to guarantee full size in Justin TV)

Format:H.264(畫質較好,CPU使用較高),VP6 (畫質較差,CPU使用較低)Format :H.264(better quality,higher cpu usage),VP6 (normal quality,low cpu usage)

把Keyframe Frequency設定為1 second
Set Keyframe Frequency to 1 second

Frame Rate可以設定為24~30 FPS,視乎電腦及上網速度
Frame Rate set 24~30 fps,depended on your computer and the speed of the isp.

Input Size和OUTPUT SIZE 應該一樣，儘量是16：9解析度,例如 640x360,800x450或1280x720
這樣Justin TV就會全屏,把Maintain Aspect Ratio勾起來,解析度越高畫面越細緻，相對也更耗硬體資源。
Input Size and OUTPUT SIZE should be the same.The ratio of the screen should be 16:9.For example 640x360,800x450 or 1280x720
Then the screen will be full size in justin Tv,Higher resolution means Higher computer

Bit Rate (流量)：這裡要看硬體等級和網路頻寬作設定，高流量畫質越好,太高會令直播LAG,
建議 500~1500
Bit Rate: [ It depends on your computer and isp speed.] Higher bit rate means better quality,but if you set too high,this will cause the delay of the broadcast.(Recommended setting 500~1500)

2.音訊設定(Audio setting)

Device選立體聲混音
(沒有選項,請到Justin TV 教學 (三) )
Audio Device choose Realtek High Definition

Format選MP3Format choose MP3

Channels選Stereo 立體聲
Channels choose Stereo

Sample Rate(取樣頻率)是44.1khz及Bit Rate(流量)設96~128kbps
Sample Rate choose 44.1khz and Bit Rate choose 96~128kbps

Volume音量不要太高,則否會破音
Volume:Don't set too high,it may cause bad sound quality

其他設定不變(Other setting should be default.)
建議選項(Recommended Setting)
你要關閉直播中的聲音(When you are watching your broadcast,you ought to use mute mode.)
所有聲音將會出現在直播中(All sound will be broadcast on Justin TV.)

進行JUSTIN TV直播,首先需要幾種軟件,FME(Flash Media Live Encoder)及SCFH(建議)或MANYCAM。To broadcast in Justin TV,is requires FME(Flash Media Live Encoder) and SCFH(recommended) or manycam.

首先,從adobe 下載及安裝 FME 3.2 for win
First,you should download and install FME 3.2 for win from adobe website
download link: Flash media live enoder3.2

然後下載SCFH 並安裝 (INSTALL.BAT,使用64BIT WINDOWS則按install64)
Then,download SCFH and install it by pressing install.bat.(If you are using 64bit windows,you should push install64.bat)

到JUSTIN TV首頁且登入,按桌面及下載CONFIG FILE
Login and Download config file from justin tv website
http://en.justin.tv/home

最後開啟FME,然後開啟SCFH.EXE並選擇FME,開啟CONFIG FILE,設定好後按START
Finally,You must open FME first,then double click SCFH.exe and choose FME.Using FME open CONFIG FILE.After you config your setting,click start and enjoy your broadcast.

不要在JTV上按"進行直播"
